Sterling and 800 Silver Kiddush Cups

A three-piece collection of sterling and 800 silver Kiddush cups. Featured are two flat sterling silver cups in graduated sizes, each featuring a flared rim with the same hand-etched foliate design. They are marked ‘Sterling’ to the undersides and the total approximate weight is 2.265 ozt. The pair are accompanied by a stemmed 800 silver cup featuring a flared rim and similar hand-etched design with a banner in Hebrew writing. The rim of the flared pedestal base is marked ‘833’ alongside other unidentified markings. It tested as 800 silver and the approximate weight is 1.030 ozt.
Condition
- minor surface wear including faint scratches and minimal tarnish; the stemmed cup is marked “833” but tested as 800 silver. (DCCPLS).
