Regency Monitoradio Receiver and RCA Four-Band Varactor

A collection of two electronic items. This collection includes a vintage ‘Monitoradio Scanner’ by Regency, with the serial number 70-03482; also included is a Four-Band Varactor Tuned device by RCA, model no. 16S400, serial number 51110072. Two external antennae, as well as the Regency scanner’s original manual, are also included.
