Item Details
An oil painting on board by listed Pennsylvania artist Amos Shontz (20th century). This work depicts a wintry landscape bordered by trees, a barn and hazy bluish hills present to the snow-covered distance. It is signed by the artist to its lower left and is mounted in a wide wooden frame with a wire for hanging. There is a notation to the verso reading ‘Amos Shontz, Buckingham Pa.’

- wear to edges and paint on frame; discoloration to painting.
