Antique Estey Pump Organ
Item Details
An antique Estey pump organ featuring an Eastlake style carved tiger oak case and bench. The piece features a cornice top with inset quatrefoil designs to the top and simple carvings at the spandrels. The keyboard cover flips up to reveal a double keyboard with eleven control knobs, each marked in gothic lettering and the ‘Estey Organ Co. Brattleboro, Vt. U.S.A.’ mark in gilt gothic lettering. The bottom of the organ includes two foot pumps, and two foot controls, one marked ‘Grand Organ’ and a set of wooden foot pedals. A metal and wood hand crank is noted to the side and the back of the piece is marked ‘193’ and ‘765’.

Condition
- there are scratches and some loss of finish noted, especially to areas of most use, such as the pedals, bench and near the keyboard; the organ was untested.
