An atlas book from 1875 titled, Illustrated Historical Atlas State of Iowa 1875. The book is composed of steel engravings, some are color. The book has maps dealing with agriculture, cities, counties, towns and images of government officials of the day. Near the front of the book is a large two-page layout of the ‘Railroad Map of the United States the Dominion of Canada Mexico and the West Indies’.

Condition

- edge tears on the pages, foxing
- maroon canvas tape used on the books spine and borders affixed to the outside of the book
