Sheraton Style Shield Back Chairs

A pair of Sheraton style shield back side chairs. Each painted chair comprises an arched, shield-shaped backrest with painted wheat gathered spindles. The apron includes a grape and vine painting with block relief urn and swag adorned stiles. The seats are upholstered in a floral tapestry-look fabric. They stand on turned and reeded front legs and saber rear legs.
