A set of historic papers. This historic document is dated 1799 and is a document of indenture for the purpose of a real estate transaction in Middlesex, England among Henry Burgoyne Sharp, Lockyer Sharp, and Douglass Charles and Eliza Loveday. It bears the official signatures of the parties, witnesses and Edward Roberts Esquire, along with their wax seals This document also bears eight three shilling tax stamps on the pages levied by the crown. This document on parchment is eight pages, bound at the bottom of the pages and documents the transaction at five hundred thirty-seven pounds and ten shillings.
Condition
- slight mildew issues and light discoloration, minimal fading, has been folded for quite some time.
