A late 20th-century limited edition etching on paper titled Appalachian Trail by Rosen. The piece depicts an abstract mountain landscape rendered in variegated hues of blue, purple and brown against a cream ground. The work is signed in graphite to the lower right, appearing to read ‘K. Rosen’; it is additionally titled to the lower left and numbered as 21 out of an edition of 200. The print is matted in blue and presented under glass in a white wooden frame fitted with sawtooth hanging hardware to the verso.

Condition

- moderate discoloration, toning and mat burn to image; slight wrinkling to ground; moderate wear and scuffing to frame, with scratches to finish at the top left and right center; tears to frame’s backing paper.
