Louis XV Style Down Filled Armchairs

Item Details

A pair of down filled Louis XV style arm chairs. The chairs feature a dark wooden frame with an arched carved top rail with a floral medallion to the center. Each arm has an upholstered elbow pad leading to a serpentine and incised apron with pressed shell motif. The chairs rest on cabriole legs with carved ornamentation to the knee and terminate in a scroll foot with an acanthus leaf detailing. The chairs are upholstered to seat, back and arms in a teal color with ornate floral designs in cream and gold with a removable seat cushion.
