A vintage Hitchcock style armchair by Nichols Stone. This chair features a turned crest rail over a decorated mid back splat and low back splat that are flanked by stiles that attach to the square rush seat. The seat is flanked by scroll arms that rise above turned legs connected by a half-box double stretcher. The reverse of the seat is marked ‘Hitchcock Nichols Stone.’
