Vintage James Dixon & Sons Silver Plate Revolving Chafing Dish and Other Dish
Item Details
A pairing of vintage silver plate chafing dishes. This selection includes an oval dish featuring a revolving lid with flower and foliage handles on four foliate leg by James Dixon & Sons. The dish has two removable inserts, one pierced and the other solid. This piece is presented with a rectangular covered chafing dish featuring gadroon trim to the lid and rim, as well as foliage handles on either side and a foliage ring handle at the top and four ball feet.
Condition
- surface wear including scratches, scuffs, and heavy tarnish throughout.
