Item Details
A watercolor on paper of swans on the water by painter Mary Jo Rines (American, 1931 – 2011). The work depicts several stylized swans on the water using energetic lines and complimentary blue and yellow tones. To the bottom, the work is signed. The painting is presented in an off-white mat under glass in a sloped wooden frame.
Condition
- scratches and wear to the edges of the frame; discoloration and wear to the face of the frame; some residue to the glass and the glass could benefit from a cleaning; to the bottom right, some debris trapped below the glass; to the verso, some scratches and wear to the protective backing.
