Signed by the artist to the lower left corner. Housed in a metal frame under tan matting and glass. To the verso is a biography on the artist and the presumed title written by an unknown hand.

Dunkle is best known for her landscapes. She received her formal education from the Bradford Junior College under Robert Brackman (American, 1898 – 1980), Edward Betts (American, 1920 – 2008), and Valfred Thelin (American, 1934 – 1992). Her works can be found in a variety of private collections.
