A pair of limited edition hand colored lithographic prints on paper after Herbelot. These lithographic prints are colored with a paint wash across their printed surface. They depict impressionistic landscapes of French street scene featuring landmarks. They are signed in-plate to the lower corner ‘Herbelot’ along with a French inscription. One print is editioned ‘22/159’ and the other is editioned ‘26/60’. These prints are after the original paintings by 20th century artist Franz Herbelot. They are presented in wooden frames, under glass, and with a wire hanger to the verso.

Condition

- moderate discoloration to both images; noticeable foxing present to both pieces; moderate wear to frames.

- measures one frame; one image measures 10.5" W x 8.5" H.
