Item Details
A needlepoint textile. This hand-stitched work uses the finer petit point worked horizontally to depict two swallows among a cluster of various flowers. It is unsigned and presented in an oval wood frame with a gold tone sight edge and wire to the verso for hanging.
Condition
- moderate to severe discoloration to textile itself; wrinkling to ground; minor to moderate frame wear.
