Vintage French Style Petit Point Fireplace Screen
Item Details
A vintage French style petit point fireplace screen. The fireplace screen is carved from wood and features a petit-point tapestry image of a young man and woman in a garden across the front. It has a rounded handle across the top and rounded legs to either side at the base. It is not marked.
Condition
- severe discoloration to textile; general wear to item itself; part of the round cross brace at the bottom is broken off.
