A watercolor nautical painting on canvas titled Merchantman of 1670 by E. Tufnell. This piece is by listed artist Eric Erskine Campbell Tufnell. This painting depicts a dramatic nautical scene of a merchant ship crossing the ocean. It is signed to the lower right corner ‘E. Tufnell’ and ‘Merchantman of 1670’ to the lower left. This piece is presented in a wooden frame, under glass, with a wire hanger to the verso.
