Vintage Chinese and Japanese Porcelain Bowls
Item Details
A group of vintage Chinese and Japanese porcelain bowls. The larger bowl is Chinese in a Rose Medallion pattern consisting of six spokes featuring floral and birds motifs alternated with courtly scenes likely produced between 1912-49. The smaller bowl is vintage Japanese in the Geisha Girl style and displays a design of figures in a landscape setting accented with red trim to the scalloped rim. There are no discernible maker’s marks noted.
Condition
- smallest bowl displays hairline cracks and a larger repaired crack; sings of wear are consistent with use.
