A power-loomed artificial silk Indo-Turkish Hereke style round rug. This striking Turkish hand knotted silky rug features a flaxen colored field with an extremely ornate and detailed floral pattern including rondels, tulips, shah abassi palmettes and swirling vines. It is rendered in complementary hues of red, indigo, white, olive, peach, rose and grey. The rug finishes with a short kilim skirt and long knotted fringe. Unlabeled.
