A limited edition etching on rag paper by New York artist Shirley Roman (20th-century) titled Number Six Rapids. The piece depicts an abstract view of swirling river rapids rendered in a palette of variegated green and orange hues. The work is signed in graphite to the lower right, titled to the lower left and numbered as 19 out of an edition of 100. It is double-matted in green and dark coral and presented under glass in a wooden frame fitted with hanging wire to the verso.

- minor toning to paper and matting; slight edge wear to frame.
