A collection of 19th Century Russia photographs are coupled with a portfolio of Soviet Era photographs. The group of 19th century photographs on card stock are from the mid-nineteenth century and depict Russian gardens, palaces and churches. Plus, two sheets of portrait photographs dated 1866 feature Russian orthodox priests -some with family. The Soviet era portfolio contains several photographic images on card stock depicting St. Petersburg, also known as Leningrad.

Condition

Consistent with age. The portfolio spine is weak and there is some yellowing on the hard paper stock on most of the photographs on card paper stock are overall 8" tall x 10" wide. The portrait photographs are 8″ × 9.75″
