Item Details
A gouache painting of flowers on what is attributed as porcelain tile. This carefully-rendered work depicts clusters of pink roses growing on a lightly-rendered trellis, their leaves and stems painted in hazy shades of green and brown. This tile is mounted against a rust-colored ground in a molded wood and gesso frame that is wired for hanging.

- fair; abrasions and pieces missing on rust-colored ground; wear to edges of frame; foxing to porcelain.
