A pair of early 20th century books by George Bernard Shaw (1856-1950) from the Robert Hollister Collection. Includes a 1928 cloth bound hardcover edition of Misalliance. With Treatise on Parents & Children published by Constable and Company Ltd., London inscribed by Paul Robeson in ink on the back cover. Plus, a 1934 edition of Prefaces published by Constable and Company limited, London.

Condition
Overall both are in structurally fair to good shape. Misalliance is in good shape with some foxing on the page tips, inside pages and some yellowing. Prefaces is warped on the front cover and the inside pages have some warpage too. Some slight yellowing.
