A signed black and white photograph of Irish novelist, playwright and the winner of the 1969 Nobel Prize in Literature, Samuel Beckett (1906-1989). It is coupled with a handwritten postcard dated June 29 from the same. Both are addressed to Herbert Marshall and are signed in black ink by Beckett. Also, a black and white photograph features Samuel Beckett and Buckminster Fuller, American Architect (1895-1983). The back of the photo is inscribed in pencil, ’ Bucky Fuller + Sam Beckett’.
