Commemorative Bronze WWI Medal and Vintage Elevator Service Pin

A vintage bronze WWI Commemorative Medal of the 1914–1918 War, which was award to all members of the Belgian Armed Forces who served during WWI that were eligible for the inter-allied victory medal. The bronze medal is triangular in shape, with rounded sides and on the obverse, features a bas relief of a helmeted soldier in a circular recess, with the relief dates ‘1914’ and ‘1918’ to each corner, and to the top, relief images of a lion rampant. The reverse features to the top a bas relief of a crown surrounded by branches, and below the crown, an inscription in French over the relief dates_1914 – 1918, Medaille Commemorative/ De La Campagne, with the inscription repeated in Dutch. The medal is suspended by a ring through a suspension loop to a red and gold banded silk moire ribbon. The round elevator service pin is in a silver metal, with ‘Warner Elevator Mfg.
