A circa 1920’s 10K yellow gold diamond, cultured pearl, garnet and glass doublet brooch. This brooch features an openwork, filigree design with cultured pearls in the center leading to the prong set diamonds, bezel set garnet and glass doublets, and safety catch to the verso.
