A pairing of Medieval brass rubbings on parchment paper. Included is a rubbing of the Dame Agnes Jordan of the Syon Monestary, from the Denham Church in Buckinghamshire, England. Secondly is a rubbing of Thomas Chaucer and his widow Maud from the Church of Saint Mary the Virgin in Ewelme, Oxfordshire. The pieces are hand marked with notations and presented unframed. These images are relief rubbings taken from commemorative brass plaques found on the tombs of Medieval figures in European churches.

- foxing; toning; wear around edges; charcoal smudges; adhesive residue; curls up due to being rolled and stored.
