A reproduction bronze bust of Roman Emperor, Lucius Verus, after Charles-Gabriel Sauvage (1741 – 1827), also known as Lemire pere. This Baroque style sculpture depicts the Roman Emperor, Lucius Ceionius Aelius Aurelius Commodus Antoninus (AD 130 — 169), in fine detail with a serious countenance and notable curled beard and hair. The piece is unsigned and unmarked. It is presented on a stone base upon a wooden pedestal.
