A sterling silver and 14K yellow gold lemon quartz, ruby and 2.46 ctw diamond converter brooch. This brooch features an openwork foliate motif in sterling silver, which is embellished with diamonds. A large round faceted lemon quartz is set in yellow gold in the center and an oval faceted lemon quartz is prong set in yellow gold and drops below the brooch. There are twelve ruby accents that are set in yellow gold. The bail and pin stem on the back of the brooch are yellow gold.
