Walnut Secretary

Item Details

A traditional style secretary desk with hutch, in walnut. It has a two-piece construction, with a hutch and base. The hutch features a double arched top, glass-paned double doors, and three removable shelves with plate grooves. The base features a drop-front writing surface, enclosing a small drawer and five cubby spaces, above three lower drawers with hanging metal pulls and dovetail joints. The piece stands on rounded legs, and is by Davis Cabinet Company, marked to the inside of the top drawer.

Condition

- light scuffs and scratches, with more serious scratches and shallow gouges to the top of the base where the hutch sits, which would be covered when the piece is assembled.
