Royal Doulton Miniature Character Jugs Including Vintage "Robinson Crusoe"
Item Details
A selection of four Royal Doulton miniature character jugs featuring a vintage Robinson Crusoe jug depicting a bust of the Daniel Defoe character with a long white beard and a palm tree serving as the handle to one side. It is marked ‘Copr 1959’ to the underside. Also included are a vintage Athos jug marked ‘Copr 1955,’ a Tony Weller jug, and a Mr. Micawber jug. The ceramic pieces were made in England and are marked ‘Royal Doulton.’
