A vintage, hand knotted Persian Mahal area rug. This wool rug features a center medallion with pendants in a palette of red, blue, sage, gold, white and indigo. The field is bounded by crenellated spandrels and surrounded by a Herati border. The far ends have white fringe, and the rug is unmarked.
