A watercolor painting on paper of a harbor scene by Dorothy Hambly Ellen (American; 20th century). The work depicts various sailboats and fishing boats rendered with subtle watercolor brushstrokes and vibrant pigments. The composition is signed in paint to the lower left corner, with the artist spelling her first name as ‘Doroth’. It is presented behind glass and housed in a wood frame with a distressed gray finish and a gold tone fillet, with wire to the verso for hanging.

- minor wear throughout the frame; minor discoloration throughout the paper; water stains to verso.
