A semi-antique hand-knotted Chinese Old Pekings area rug. This wool rug is decorated with a floral center medallion in ivory, cerulean blue and tan over a navy blue field. The field contains floral motifs joined by blossoming floral spandrels. Framing the rug are two resolved borders including more floral elements and vines grounded in tan. Selvedges are overstitched, the rug finishing with short fringe at one end. Unlabeled.
