A Royal Doulton Queen Elizabeth I character mug. The mug depicts of bust of the last monarch of the house of Tudor with jewels in her hair, a large ruffled collar, and an ornate white gown. A scroll referencing her defeat of the Spanish Armada serves as the handle. The limited edition piece is numbered 999/1000. The mug was handmade and decorated in England in 2003 and is marked ‘Royal Doulton/D7180’ to the underside. It is presented with the original Classics box.
