Asian Style Ceramic Baluster Vase

Item Details

An Asian style ceramic baluster vase. The vase features embellishments of green tadpoles to the sides of the neck and persimmon and jade colored salamanders to the shoulders. The dark blue glazed vase is decorated with images of pomegranates and flowers along with a medallion to each side exhibiting the image of a Chinese Phoenix bird flying above stems of blooming peonies. The piece is stamped to the underside with square red stamp in Chines script.
