A Royal Doulton Old Balloon Seller character teapot, circa 1989. This character teapot was modelled by William K. Haper and is in the shape of an older woman wearing a burgundy and green dress with green cape, white apron and floral scarf with a floral tea spout and balloon handle. The base is marked to the underside ‘Royal Doulton Made in England Character Teapots Old Balloon Seller Modelled by William K. Harper 1989 Royal Doulton.’
