Vintage German Black Forest Style Hunting Theme Wall Clock

Item Details

A vintage German Black Forest style hunting scene cuckoo clock. This traditional clock case features a carved rabbit on the left and a game bird on the right. A stag with antlers appears at the crest over crossed rifles. The face, marked ‘Germany’, features white Roman numerals on a brown chapter ring encircled by a hunting horn from which hangs a pouch. There is small door above the clock face. Accompanying the clock are pine cone weights and chains.

- appear to have some water damage to the back; hangers appear to be oxidized and bent
- deer head is loose
