A 14K yellow gold diamond and cultured pearl necklace with a replacement 18K yellow gold clasp link. This necklace features a drop cultured pearl pendant beneath a prong set diamond affixed to a rolo chain. The chain clasp link has been repaired and replaced with an 18K yellow gold piece marked with the Mikimoto logo M in clam shell, however this is not a Mikimoto brand necklace or pendant.
