A jeweler’s workbench from Progress Machine constructed from maple and featuring a rectangular top with three raised edges and a contoured front edge overhanging a pull-out surface, three aligned drawers, and two stacked drawers. The top is fixed with a screwed on metal plate, a gooseneck lamp and an attached hook. The piece rises on the two side panels and has an attached metal tag reading, ’ Progress Machine & Tool Corp. Los Angele, Cal 90015.’
