German Ceramic and Metal Beer Steins

A collection of four German ceramic and metal beer steins. This lot includes steins depicting the cities of München (Munich) with images of a priest and of the Frauenkirche cathedral, Garmisch-Partenkirchen with images of the town fountain and a street view; Köln (Cologne) with images of Cologne Cathedral and of the Bundeshaus federal building; Heidelberg, with images of Heidelberg Castle and a townsperson with a German motto. Each stein has a metal top and thumblift, and is marked to the underside with ‘handgemalt’ (handpainted) and a number.
