M.I. Hummel "Knitting Lesson" Porcelain Figurine

A porcelain M.I. Hummel figurine titled, Knitting Lesson by Goebel (256). This piece depicts two young girls, one of which is teaching the other how to knit. The base is debossed, ‘M.I. Hummel’ and the underside is stamped with the Goebel maker’s mark used between 1979 and 1990. The underside is also incised with the model number 256, as well as signed by the artist and dated 1986.
