A vintage brass heart milagro pendant necklace. The multi-strand necklace holds a silver tone carved medallion of the scene of Jesus nailed to the cross to the center. The chain is further enhanced by brass heart milagros to the borders and accents of light blue quartz and black and brown plastic beads. The quartz is approximately 10.45 mm to 10.65 mm.
