Reed & Barton "Modern Art" Silver Plate Knife Set with Assorted Knives
Item Details
A collection of silver plate knives. Featured are a set of six hollow handle silver plate knives in the Modern Art pattern by Reed & Barton, first introduced 1904. The handles feature a foliate Art Nouveau design and the blades are serrated. They bear ‘Reed & Barton’ and ‘Germany’ J.A. Henckles pictorial marks and are presented in their original box. Also included are a set of five matching knives, a pair of matching knives, and four unique knives- all with stainless steel blades.
Condition
- minor surface wear including scratches and minimal tarnish; the Reed & Barton knives have moderate to overall tarnish; the box shows tears and wear.
