A hand-knotted ancient Egyptian-style pictorial accent rug. This hand-knotted carpet features a color palette of golden-tan, mauve, blue, white, brown, moss green, plum, black, and yellow. The pictorial design is copied from an ancient Egyptian fresco and it depicts Queen Nefertiti being guided hand in hand with the goddess, Hathor. The border of the rug features geometric patterns and lotus like flowers borrowed from ancient Egyptian iconography. It has fringe to either end and a hanging rod to the top. It is unlabeled.
