A 1958 bronze bust with patinated finish by listed Czech artist Helen Zelezny-Scholz (1882-1974). The piece depicts a female figure with wavy hair pulled back into a bun. She is depicted with a faint, confident smile, wearing a necklace with a heart-shaped pendant. The work is signed ‘Roma 1958, Helen Zelezny’ in mold to the verso. It is mounted to a rectangular green marble plinth.
