A collection of sterling silver flatware by Gorham. This is in the William C. Codman designed Buckingham pattern, first introduced in 1910, which features a scroll accented handle with a fleur-de-lis tip. The thirty-five piece collection includes seven butter spreaders, a meat fork, two salad forks, two dinner forks, three soup spoons, and ten teaspoons. Also included are eight dinner knives and a carving fork with hollow sterling handles. Most are marked with the three pseudo hallmarks and ‘Sterling’ to the handles, and many handles have personalized engravings. This collection is presented with a cake fork in a different pattern. The total approximate weight, excluding the hollow handle carving fork and knives, is 31.795 ozt.
