A pair of silver gelatin photographs of women enjoying a spa day. The first of these pieces captures a woman receiving a head message under an umbrella beside a body of water. The second piece features a group of women in bathrobes trying lipstick at Elizabeth Arden’s Maine Chance health spa. The prints are presented unsigned between two layers of acrylic glass in wood frames with sawtooth hangers.

Condition

- some discoloration to edges of photographs; discoloration to the versos; abrasions to acrylic glass of both items; minor nicks and wear to frames; hanging hardware missing on one frame.
