A pair of Egyptian-style gouache paintings of birds on papyrus. These pieces feature a rendering of birds in an acacia tree, known as The Tree of Life, and waterfowl after the Meidum Geese mural. Both paintings are presented unframed and without a maker’s mark.
Condition
- mild discoloration to images; both curl due to being rolled in a tube; wear to edges and corners.
