A General Electric dental X-ray machine, produced circa 1940. This white metal freestanding X-ray unit is presented with its original manuals and other papers, including a typewritten letter dated 1940 from the Ritter Dental Manufacturing Co. The dataplate on the X-ray machine reads ‘General Electric X-Ray Corporation – Chicago / Shock Proof Apparatus’ and gives the model number E-CDX and serial number 153135.
